A woman of many talents, Zenith makes the study of this ancient art tangible, fascinating and memorable. Zenith has been teaching yoga fulltime for thirty years under the direction of the great yoga Master Shri. B.K.S. Iyengar. She teaches with remarkable clarity, simplicity and depth of understanding. Zenith offers new insight into the concept of total life balance. It will be introduced through comprehensive techniques which include: body alignment, exercise (asana) relaxation and correct breathing. Together these techniques lead to increased spiritual awareness through the integration of mind and body.

Yoga increases one's ability to focus and offers a holistic approach to consciousness and body awareness. Students learn to use the body to control the mind and the breath as a tool to draw the senses inward.
